AI, and what a business is worth.
Intelligence can now be rented by the token. Capability is doubling every few months and adoption did not wait for the infrastructure. Most of what is written about this is either vendor optimism or fear. This is neither. It is one operator's working position, built from running AI and automation inside real businesses, with the evidence attached and the places it can be proved wrong marked. It runs on one principle: autonomy is earned, not granted — by an agent from the people who supervise it, by a person through the work that used to be the curriculum, and by a business from the vendors it would otherwise rent its judgement from.

If the AI becomes the business, what is the business?
When execution is rented by the token, name what you hold that a competitor with the same subscriptions does not.
Is autonomy earned or assumed?
For every agent acting in your name: whose outcome is it, what did it cost, and what evidence would justify letting it act alone?
